The balm arrived quickly and I loved the simple packaging, it was also very discreet, you wouldn't know what it was just by looking at it, which I think would be massive bonus for the beautiful ladies who may not have the confidence to talk about this issue, its very individual and I, like many women have insecurities that I don't wish to talk about.

I decided to try the balm for the first time at my morning boot camp, I placed it just on the joints under my armpits where my sports bra rubs and causes the skin to become dry and thicken.

I place the balm on my hand first and I was again unsure how this would work, it seemed thick and greasy. It doesn't have much of a smell, its a subtle pleasant smell which I believe comes from the mix of natural ingredients.

I rubbed it into the area and it completely changed as it started to settle and sink into the skin. It became smooth, soft and created a barrier between my skin to reduce friction and really soothe. It wasn't sticky like I thought it may be instead it slid like a well oiled machine without all the oil...if you know what I mean?HA!

I wasn't sure this product was for me but I am so glad I tried it and I really rate it. I think this could be a life saver for those who do suffer from the chafing while wearing dresses, shorts, etc. Its working for my workout chaffs, I'm a convert!
