Ah, Mother’s day! It’s the day when we mums are celebrated for being the bad asses that we are. The day when we don’t lift a finger and the rest of the family kiss our feet....
My husband is working all day on Sunday!
So no long lie, breakfast in bed or not lifting a finger for me. It will be a normal day of entertaining the kids while trying to stop the house from falling down.
The handmade presents from the kids are nice and the flowers/chocolates from the husband/partner are thoughtful but wouldn’t it be nice to get something you really want and would use?

My favourite wine! Oh yeah! If you like wine and haven’t tried this wee beauty get out and try it now! Its smooth, drinkable and is my social wine of choice. A little pricier than some wines but is often on offer. I do find this wine is perfect for a lovely afternoon sitting with friends in the summer but it works just as well when the kids have been little shits and you just need so medicinal relief.
